At Picture story, we believe that every picture is special and needs to tell a beautiful story that is unique to you. Beauty does lie in the eye of the beholder.  Therefore we will work hard to capture your beautiful moments in the specific style preferred by you. That's why on our website or social media you will never see a picture that is similar. 

We are always striving to give our customers the very best experience. Below are the services we offer to ensure that each and every one of our clients is getting exactly what they envisioned.

Questionnaire:
When you schedule a shoot with us, one of the first things we do is we send you a questionnaire that helps us get to know you & your style.

In-person consultation:
After we receive the questionnaire, we then go ahead and schedule a  30 minute in person meeting or a zoom call. It's here where we can answer your questions, troubleshoot your concerns, and go over outfit details. Also we love this step because we get to develop a rapport and bond with you before our shoot. From clients with toddlers, young children we go ask you to give us details as to their interests, favourite songs, cartoon characters etc. Getting to know your little ones will help me engage them during our photo shoot. 

Other services: 
We want to make your experience with us as easy and as comfortable as possible. 

• We offer a “What to Wear Guide” to our clients who are worried
        about how to dress themselves, their spouses or their kids.
• We can recommend makeup artists or hair stylists for the shoot. 
• We will send you texts/emails/reminders ahead of time.
